When you call please ignore the message where it says this call will be charged at 5p/min this refers to the charge from BT landline, if you are calling from O2 mobile then it will not cost anything, it says this when the message says that mobile phone rates may vary, well they do and it is FREE!   How is it FREE?

Important Update: O2 recently announced plans to remove all 0844 & 0870 numbers from customer bundles from 27th September 2007. Instead, calls will be charged from 27th September onwards at a flat rate of 20p/min for all O2 subscribers. This is still cheaper than calling directly.
