To confirm you can call O2 customer services from your mobile on 100 or dial 08705 214 000 and they will tell you that all 0844 and 0870 numbers will be included in your free inclusive minutes! Some staff seem a bit confused about whether our free calls access numbers come out of your inclusive minutes. Some staff members may say they don't, this is because they are unsure, I repeat they are taken out of your inclusive minutes, and therefore are FREE! If in doubt, ask to speak to a supervisor. Or even better just try it for a minute and then check your bill, you will then be 100% sure it is Free!
